Educating my Clients

I am a firm believer in educating my clients about the trends of the market they’re looking to sell in before we list your property. In Toronto the market prices fluctuate based on the time of year, neighbourhood, nearby developments and economic environment.

Open houses used to do the trick, but they are no longer the only way to find buyers. While open-houses are a great source of leads, most of the time my buyers come from word of mouth. By hosting open houses for other agents I can leverage their buying list to increase exposure to my listings. In addition to this, digitally marketing properties on Facebook and Instagram always creates a consistent source of leads.

 

Exclusive Buying Pool

I have a mailing list of over 300 active buyers in Toronto. These are people who I’ve met with and are looking to purchase within the next 6 months. When I go to list a property I already have 2-3 buyers that are in the market and interested in seeing it. This is a great way to create value for both my sellers and buyers.
